Wyndham Rewards® Member’s End of Year Summary email
Audience: All Wyndham Rewards® Member

Objective: Create a personal visual journey sent to all members (Average 87.6M total audience) which highlights individual activity throughout the course of 2019.
Problem: Each member with 4 tiers of membership levels, will have varying levels of activity which creates a unique dynamic experience for all recipients. Some members will have very little activity which will need to be suppressed to ensure the review is a positive experience.
Solution: The email was designed with a UX dynamic flow which should suppress sections of inactivity to accommodate for all members individually.

Responsive Design
Dynamic Top Section:
The email was designed to display a year end Wyndham Rewards® membership summary specific to each members’ activity journey by way of hotel stays, hotel brand preference, points earned, and points redeemed. If the individual doesn’t have any activity in a specific section of this email then that specific horizontal section is dynamically suppressed. If the individual has no activity at all for 2019 then this entire top section is suppressed, and the email starts with the bottom section.


Bottom Section:
This section is sent to all members regardless of activity. It lists their Wyndham Rewards® membership status level, perks of their current membership level, and all the ways they can earn, or redeem points in the program.
